Whether home care workers, cooks, pet sitters or everyday assistants - Katja Flügel and her partners only place qualified professionals who have been appropriately trained and educated, such as in the 3-day "Advanced training in home care" by the owner herself. She herself worked for several years in leading positions as a recruiter in the health sector and knows from her own experience engagements as a trusted person in well-kept private households. Her offer is mainly aimed at such demanding households, and very much at best-agers as well.

"It is my concern to provide additional reliability in everyday assistance by having the same caregiver at all times," she explains. Flügel & Partner focuses on the placement of domestic staff such as experienced household caregivers, associates or butlers. Katja Flügel sees her services as a supplement and extension of the private care and nursing services offered by public and private Spitex. For professional security in clarifying the needs of the clients, she works together with a trained certified nursing specialist.

Flügel & Partner places its candidates for a minimum commitment of one day per week. The employment relationship is concluded directly between the private client and the employee. To ensure correct personnel administration, Flügel & Partner works together with the Meilemer Treuhandbüro Saada Isler.

Incidentally, Katja Flügel even offers training courses for perfect material care, art care, silver care or jewellery care directly at her agency at Sterneggweg, right behind the Reformed Church. Both for future household caretakers who need the finishing touches and for interested outsiders who want to turn their private skills into a profession. Katja Flügel is also thinking of mothers who are returning to work and would like support in finding a job.

Her personal motivation: "It is wonderful to experience when two people find each other in a private environment and thus make each other's lives more beautiful. And we can thereby contribute to the labour market and private care."

In addition to training household carers and placing domestic staff, she specialises in coaching in the areas of job applications and jobs. The coaching sessions are primarily aimed at young people who are looking to start their careers or find their way back into the workplace after a journey, as well as more mature professionals who want to move their careers in a new direction.
